Land Records can be accessed on the internet at http://www.ecourtstor.com. Currently, records dating back to the
early 1960's have been imaged and are in the process of being indexed. Documents from 1990 - 1997 have already been
indexed online. Documents from 1997 forward have been imaged and are available online.
Child Support payments for private pay cases are mailed from this office. Child support payments that are garnished from wages must go through the Child Support Clearinghouse in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Legal Documents should be prepared according to Arkansas statutes when they are delivered to this office to be recorded (see fee list). This office cannot act as attorneys and does not have forms to open court cases. Certain forms
are available at Legal Aid of Arkansas' website http://www.arlegalservices.org or by calling their toll free number 1.800.9LAW.AID.
